Bauer Selects

The Team Training & Competition program is a 3-Day Camp that guides the competitive player through a multi-faceted, intensive approach to training and game competition. We will provide all our players’ access to the best coaches at college hockey's premier training grounds. We believe replicating top college and pro training environments is the best setting for athletes to reach their goals. The Bauer Selects College Site experience is a place where everyone who walks through our doors is trained and treated like an elite athlete.

The program offers:

Elite players to develop greater skills at a faster rate by offering a positive balance of training to competition over the course of one weekend.
Players the ability to train together in practices AND compete against one another in games for approximately 6-7 hours of total on-ice time.
Players the ability to learn from NCAA college coaches and the professional staff of well- established AAA programs.
Parental Knowledge of on and off ice training, food substances and sports medicine through seminars and class room settings.
Players and parents the ability to tour the NCAA facilities.
Sport Testing: The Sport Testing combine measures a player’s agility, speed, stick handling and reaction time in a way that delivers direct, measurable feedback to players, coaches, and parents. Each time a player is tested, they will receive concrete evidence of strengths and/or weaknesses in their game and a tool to measure improvement and development over the course of a season. Sport Testing which will provide the athletes with direct feedback and also provides feedback to the instructors on how the athlete is progressing and adapting to the intensities of training. The Sport Testing combines measure a player’s agility, speed, stick handling and reaction time, providing accurate realtime feedback. The testing combine is made up of a state of the art gate system with automated timing and measurement. Players will be run through test including, but not limited to: forward skating, backward skating, lateral movement, agility, and puck control. Each time a player is tested, they will receive concrete evidence of strengths and/or weaknesses in their game and a tool to measure improvement and development over the course of a season. Players will be able to gauge their abilities against both local and national percentiles. Cost: $375 per player per weekend location and includes Sport Testing where applicable.
